Cagliari: citta’ molto bella anche orograficamente
Pro: E’ stato semplice coordinarci con il signore che ci doveva consegnare le chiavi. Purtroppo al ns arrivo l’ascensore che ci avrebbe dovuto portare al settimo piano era guasto e nessuno sapeva quando avesse potuto esser fruibile nuovamente. Nel segnalare il problema a chi ci ha ricevuto, egli, in modo inopportuno e non accogliente, ci ha detto che non era un problema suo ma del palazzo. Noi avevamo, fra altro (l’eta’ ossia 79 anni) molto bagagli. Impossibile gestire il 7mo piano! Fortunatamente circa un’ora dopo l’ascensore e’ ripartito. L’appartamento ha un terrazzo con splendida vista, e’ luminoso ed accogliente. Ben fornito (cucina - lavastaviglie ed altro). Nell’appartamento abbiamo trovato una bottiglia di vino bianco e dei dolcetti tipici oltre a cialde di caffe’ di buona qualita’. Un inconveniente e’ che nell’appartamento si sente sempre il rumore del motore dell’ascensore posizionato vicino all’appartamento.

Inolvidabile
Pro: Bellissimo appartamento al ultimo pianno con un ampissimo terrazo molto confortevolle che circonvallava l'appartamento permetendo una vista spettacolare di tutta la citta a 360°. Tutte le stanze e la cucina completa molto spaziose. Un dettaglio importante che ormai quasi non si verifica: il checking fu realizato dai proprietari personalmente.

Pro: The apartment was very spacious and a beautiful wrap around balcony, the location was fabulous easy walk to the centre of town and the ancient city. Great coffee across the road and supermarket walking distance.

Wonderful host and great property
Pro: Fabulous property with amazing wrap around balconies with views across all of Cagliari. Very comfortable beds. Antonio was a wonderful host, great communication and very generous gift of local wine and pastries.

Light, airy penthouse with terrace
Pro: A lovely, bright and airy flat on 7th floor (with lift) so above the noise of the city and with fantastic views from the wrap around terrace. Two huge bedrooms and bathrooms plus living / dining / kitchen area. Our host was very helpful and sent us a number of good recommendations for places to eat and things to see. Flat is very convenient for the old town, food market and marina area. Free parking outside flat in certain spots. We walked everywhere very happily - it is a steep climb to the Castello!!
Contro: It would helpful to have tea towels to dry up with and/or a couple of dishwasher tablets for our stay. Kitchen is functional though very compact so fine for preparing lunch but not much more.

Pro: Elafi penthouse was a clean, spacious and comfortable apartment with a fabulous big balcony, giving views of the old town on one side and a sea view on the other. The hosts were there to greet us and were extremely helpful. They were also always on hand if we needed help ( which luckily we didn’t).

Great stay in Cagliary. I recommend !
Pro: Spacious appartement, balcony- terras on 2 sides, everything you need ! Breakfast in the sun. Lovely. Helpfull and friendly host. Quiet at night. Good matress , slept well ! Good location to discover the city.
Contro: Nothing the hosts can change :-) Finding a parking spot is not always easy. FYI : You pay 1 euro/hour between 9 and 13h and between 16 and 20h. Other hours are free. Sundays are free. Recycling waste : everyday a different bin. If you don't speak Italian, the instructions were not clear. Ask the host what, how and when.

Contro: the water pressure in the shower caused the water to cool down after a few minutes making showering impossible
