Pro: Appartamento molto curato e spazioso e dotato di ogni comfort, completo di cucina davvero funzionale; opzioni per un comodo soggiorno fino a 5 persone. Posizione centralissima e affaccio su una via che nelle ore serali e notturne diventa silenziosissima! Erika molto disponibile, possibilità di depositare i bagagli prima del check in e dopo il check out a brevissima distanza dall’appartamento

Week-end a Cagliari tra amiche

Pro: Eravamo un gruppo di 4 amiche. La posizione è ottima e in una via pedonale. Appartamento spazioso. Letti molto comodi. Biancheria di qualità (lenzuola e asciugamani).

Pro: The apartment is situated right on a great pedestrian shopping street. My children were very pleased. There were also many pizza places, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The apartment is nicely decorated. Has two bathrooms, the one on the loft has a shower. Washing machine and dryer in the one located in the first floor. Family room with a sofa, tv and kitchen table with four chairs. The kitchen is well equipped. The bedrooms are on the loft. The owner was really nice and helpful. Her son waited for us with the keys when checking in.

Contro: We have no complaints about the apartment. My children are 10 and 16. I would say the apartment is perfect for a family of four with older children, as there are stairs both at the entrance and inside the apartment.

Pro: Great location on the one of the main streets, closed to car traffic. Nearby are boutiques, a grocery store, a pharmacy, and restaurants. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need during your stay. The owners are very friendly and responsive.

Pro: Great location downtown, no car traffic at night, beautiful interior decoration, two bathrooms, nice kitchen and living room combo

Contro: Only one shower available for all; you’ve got to walk by the first bedroom to enter the second bedroom

Pro: The location was great. The ground floor has a kitchen, a living area, and a bathroom. There’s a staircase that leads to an open, studio-style space with a double bed, and at the back, there is a room with single beds - just as described in the listing. Keep in mind that the room with the double bed doesn’t offer much privacy. There is also a full bathroom upstairs. Check-in was very easy.

Contro: The air conditioning was noisy. Not much else to mention.

Great comfortable and well equipped base from which to explore Cagliari.

Pro: Very clean and spacious. Well equipped for our stay. Really well designed, an elegant use of the space. Perfect location for us, quiet yet very close to everything. Some bars and cafes close by, shops and a pharmacy. The beds were fantastic, the most comfortable I have ever had in a holiday property. The property manager was extremely helpful and welcoming.

Contro: Nothing, everything was great. If there were a couple of tea towels for the kitchen that would have helped us but it’s not a biggie. And a welcome basket would have been really appreciated :)

Great location and contemporary property but not 2 bathrooms as only one shower but 2 toilets

Pro: Great location, central to shops , restaurants and close enough to walk all round city.

Contro: Door at front continually slamming and loud continual noise from air con in bedroom,, even when switched off. Bottle opener didn't work.
