Apt con portico privato vicino Cagliari Airport

Pro: Appartamento ben tenuto con tutte le comodità. Fresco anche al rientro di giornate di fuoco e con condizionatore spento.

Soggiorno comodo e gradevole

Pro: Parcheggio privato molto comodo, dehor esterno gradevole per momenti serali di relax. Ilaria è stata super gentile e disponibile e l'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per i primi giorni e per trascorrere una settimana di vacanza!

Pro: La struttura è veramente molto vicina alla stazione, raggiungibile a piedi in meno di 5 minuti, decisamente molto comodo per tutti i pendolari. Inoltre, è abbastanza semplice e vicino trovare e raggiungere anche la via principale. Posizione ottima in tutto e per tutto, l'appartamento è molto riservato, ideale per chi cerca tranquillità. Letto e cuscini comodi, pulizia perfetta, acqua calda nella doccia sempre presente. Ilaria è stata gentilissima, puntuale e molto disponibile. Fortemente consigliato.

Contro: Peccato per l'assenza del wi-fi ma non intacca minimamente le innumerevoli qualità che ha da offrire.

Perfect place to get some sleep before catching an early flight

Pro: The bed was supremely comfortable, the AC was working very well, and the overall decor was tasteful and beautiful, and the host supplied lots of helpful info about the area, including about the festival currently happening in town. The train station, with fast connections to Cagliari and the airport, is very close.

Contro: The kitchen, while otherwise very well equipped, lacked a few basics: The available glasses and knives were very small. Also, Assemini is directly under flight paths of aircraft landing at the Cagliari Airport. While this is in no way a fault of the apartment, the noise may still be bothersome. If you have a bigger car, parking in the yard is difficult because of the narrow entrance.

Nice basic apartment for a couple of days

Pro: Nice, clean apartment close to Cagliari center and airport. Private parking was great and host was very friendly and helpful. Had all the essencials. Outside seating area was really nice to have. Very basic but overall a great experience!

Contro: A few essencials missing from the kitchen, as we prepared breakfasts and luches. Sardinia has a more complex garbage disposal/recicling policy which is fine but we didn´t really have any bags or boxes to put the rubbish in and we were only there for 2 days. The living room is basically non existent, which was fine by us, but if you plan on spending more than a couple of days there and want a living room area this will be a problem.

Great place close to the airport

Pro: Great place to stay before or after a flight. We had 10 minutes driving and a good rest. The host was very nice she recive us with all the instructions and good tips for a dinner. We also had an extra bed for our boy and the place is big if you want ti make your own dinner.

Pro: El apartamento está muy bien, fuimos 3 y pusieron una cama adicional cómoda. El apartamento tiene lo necesario para pasar unos días en la isla.

Contro: No tiene wifi.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Pro: Größe des Appartments, Innenhof, wo wir parken konnten, abgeschlossene Veranda, so dass unser Hund auch da frei laufen konnte, alles hat gut funktioniert. Wir waren schnell in Cagliari.

Contro: Ich möchte nicht sagen, dass Folgendes uns nicht gefallen hat, aber es hat uns etwas Probleme bereitet: - die Einfahrt in den Innenhof ist sehr knapp, gegenüber parkt ein PKW, da muss man bei der Einfahrt schon sehr arbeiten und aufpassen - aber dafür hat man einen sicheren Parkplatz. - mit Hund wird es dort evtl. schwierig; unserer ist Grün und Gras gewohnt, um sein Geschäft zu verrichten - da muss man erstmal raus aus der Stadt.

Pro: Accueil chaleureux , appartement agréable à 10 minutes en voiture de l aéroport avec un parking gratuit en bas de la rue . Les renseignements d Ilaria sur les lieux et activités de la région nous on été très utile. Nous avons passé un super séjour nous recommandons+++
