Pro: Struttura moderna , con tutti i confort . Ci hanno fatto trovare l’acqua in frigorifero e tre cialde di caffè . Veranda esterna con i divanetti confortevoli. Divano letto posizionato in una zona della sala da pranzo isolabile con una bella porta scorrevole così da creare un angolo privato .

Speciale Soggiorno ad Arbatax

Pro: Abbiamo soggiornato in questo bellissimo appartamento nel cuore di Arbatax. La proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile per informazioni. La location è tranquilla, molto piacevole se si cerca relax e con una meravigliosa vista sul mare. Appartamento pulito e dotato di ogni necessità

Contro: Noi abbiamo soggiornato per pochi giorni, ma Magari per soggiorni più lunghi sarebbe comodo un Wi-Fi .

Bellissimo

Pro: La casa è molto carina e accogliente, si vede che è stata appena ristrutturata. Il terrazzino fuori ha una bella vista ed è piacevole cenare lì. Tutto perfetto!

Pro: Casa molto curata ben arredata di recente ristrutturazione, pulizie impeccabili, ottima posizione con vista sia mare che la parte retrostante Rocce Rosse, parcheggio in strada sempre disponibile, Monica la proprietaria cordiale e disponibile, Arbatax splendida come sempre.

Pro: Appartamento bellissimo, pulitissimo ,dotato di ogni confort necessario ,con graziosa terrazza vista mare ,con un tavolo per poter cenare ed un confortevolissino divano ,con penisola ,ideale per rilassarsi ,dopo la giornata di mare . Cosa molto gradita ,aver trovato,all'arrivo, una bottiglia di acqua fresca ,in frigorifero. Monica ,la proprietaria, si è rivelata molto gentile e disponibile nelle richieste fatte per il check in. Possibilità di parcheggio nella via dell'appartamento . Sistemazione, sicuramente, super consigliata !

Best stay ever

Pro: Monica was a lovely host! She would respond immediately and was very friendly. The appartment is very clean and modern. They have thought about everything. We stayed a week in Sardinia and this was without a doubt our best stay. The view from the balcony is stunning. With comfortable furniture to enjoy it. The kitchen is spacious with all the necessities. The bedroom was great: comfortable bed and a big closet. It also included an airco. The living room was spacious enough. Would maybe recommend a smart TV, but there is no Wi-fi so probably that’s the reason why there is none. The bathroom is perfect. The Japenese style bidet made the toilet experience a 10/10 (haha). If I would ever come back to Sardinia, I would book here again!

Pro: It is a absolut beautiful and clean place with such a nice view from the terrace. Monica, the host, was extremely kind to us.

Pro: Die Unterkunft ist modern und schön eingerichtet! Wir haben Flasche Wasser und leckeren hausgemachten Wein bekommen. Schöne Aussicht auf den Hafen, und nicht weit bis Rocce Rose! Monica war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Immer wieder gerne
