Pro: Struttura molto curata e funzionale. Zona relax e piscina perfette. Il padrone Gianfranco e tutto lo staff estremamente gentili e disponibili. A 15 minuti Max di auto tutte le spiagge della zona

Very happy with our stay!

Pro: Beautiful garden, pool was absolutely perfect. Spacious comfortable apartments and very well equipped kitchen with a big fridge. Anytime something was needed, like extra wine glasses or a lighter, Gianfranco immediately helped out. The closest beach at Lido di Orrì was absolutely stunning and only 8 minutes away! Handy supermarket 2 mins drive from the property. Very happy with our stay!

Contro: If there was a BBQ area and a little playground for kids, it would be a total perfection.

Nice spot on outskirts of Tortoli

Pro: We loved the pool and the scenery here and how quiet it is. The air conditioning being on the whole time was great and room had a huge fridge which we appreciated as there is a supermarket at the bottom of the road. It was very clean, easy to get to and secure property. Tortoli was lovely.

Contro: A small thing being the lights were bright and a nice dimmer light would have been good on an evening in the room.

Amazing stay

Pro: - Gianfranco is such a nice host and always has the comfort of his guests in mind - Nice location / Really quiet and relaxing - Great interior and exterior - Amazing pool

Contro: - Nothing about the property itself but upstairs neighbors were really loud and did not respect night times (kids running around and stomping on the floor)

Great concept, good location nice design, but some room for improvement

Pro: Very nice location with seaview and hill views, overall nice design of the flats and outdoor spaces. Comfy beds, large fridge, roomy and well-equipped bathroom. Private parking. Lounge chairs and sunbeds in the shared space.

Contro: Apartment was not cleaned properly and had to be re-cleaned twice until a halfway acceptable state was reached. For the price charged, daily cleaned could be expected. No dishwasher in kitchen. Most apartments/patios do not offer a lot of privacy or a private outside lounge/relax space; lighting in public spaces could be more cozy/less light. Luggage needs to be carried over stairs, ramps or elevators to parking spaces would be helpful.

Pro: Perfect location and great service. Our host Gianfranco was very nice and helpful.

Wunderschöner Ort

Pro: Sehr schöne ruhige Lage, mit tollem Ausblick. Gepflegte Außenanlage mit sehr schönem Pool. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung, sehr sauberes Appartement. Wir wurden immer rechtzeitig vom Gastgeber informiert.

Contro: Ein bisschen mehr Ablagefläche.

Pro: Wunderschöne Anlage mit einem traumhaften Blick auf Tortoli und Arbatax. Die ganze Anlage absolut hochwertig. Das Appartement war blitzsauber und top gepflegt mit sehr vielen Ablageflächen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Gianfranco ist ein sehr herzlicher und toller Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Mille Grazie per tutto❤️

Perfect onderhouden accommodatie met rustige ligging, prachtig zwembad en tuin, en een super gastvrije host, een ideale

Pro: Wat een fantastische plek! De accommodatie is perfect onderhouden en straalt rust uit, ideaal om helemaal tot ontspanning te komen. De locatie is uitstekend: een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor Costa Baunei, met Tortolì op slechts 20 minuten wandelen of 5 minuten rijden. De kamer was ruim, brandschoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook het zwembad en de prachtig aangelegde tuin worden uitstekend verzorgd en nodigen echt uit om te relaxen. Parkeren op het terrein is geen enkel probleem dankzij de ruime parkeergelegenheid. Een groot pluspunt is gastheer Gianfranco: super attent, vriendelijk en altijd bereid om te helpen of tips te geven. Je voelt je hier meteen welkom en op je gemak. Wij zouden deze plek absoluut aanraden en komen hier graag nog eens terug!

Contro: Eigenlijk was alles perfect! Let er bij het boeken wel op dat je goed leest welke voorzieningen er bij elk appartement horen. Wij gingen af op de algemene foto’s en dachten dat we een appartement met keuken hadden, maar dat was onze eigen vergissing, het staat namelijk per huisje duidelijk aangegeven.

Pro: Très bon accueil, endroit magnifique au calme dans les hauteurs de Tortoli avec une vue imprenable. Logement fonctionnel, propre et confortable, super piscine !
