Consigliatissimo!!!
Pro: Io e mia moglie abbiamo trascorso due piacevoli settimane nella struttura che, trovandosi tra vigneti e alberi da frutta, assicura tranquillità e relax sotto un cielo pieno di stelle. Le camere sono pulite e fresche. Il vitto non è incluso, nemmeno la colazione, ma la cucina attrezzata e funzionale permette di organizzarsi i pasti come meglio si preferisce. La host Laura è gentile e sempre disponibile a fornire indicazioni sui posti da raggiungere e a risolvere con solerzia eventuali difficoltà. Ottima posizione: in poco tempo in auto abbiamo raggiunto molte bellissime spiagge (da quelle con sabbia fine e fondale basso come Cea o Su Sirboni a quelle con sassolini o rocce come Cala E’ Luas), visitato grotte e siti archeologici, assistito a feste in costume nei paesi limitrofi, fatto trekking fino a Pedra Longa o semplicemente preso fresco nel bosco sopra Lanusei.

Pro: Posto bellissimo, posizione ottima per visitare tutti i luoghi d'interesse come spiagge, calette, siti archeologici e paesi. È possibile raggiungere facilmente Bari Sardo, Arbatax, Tortolì, Santa Maria Navarrese, Gairo abbandonata, Lanusei, Baunei per arrivare a Cala Goloritze, spiagge bellissime come Foddini, Coccorocci, Perdepera, Cala Surya, Torre di Bari, spiaggia di Foxi Manna, lido di Orri e molto altro che visiteremo la prossima volta. La struttura è situata in campagna, circondata da bellissimi monti e campi di frutta e vigneti, la tranquillità è assicurata. Le camere sono spaziose e fresche. La gentilezza e la disponibilità di Laura hanno reso la nostra piccola vacanza perfetta. Laura e il fratello Giuseppe, ci hanno accolto con tanta gentilezza e disponibilità.

Pro: Nice secluded property not far by car from any beach, looked like from a movie. Equipped kitchen and rooms, air condition included, dining outside or in the mutual kitchen. Lot of eucalyptus trees around! Wow. You can also buy local produce like amazing fruits and vegetables. Thank you Laura. We will have nice memories!

Wonderful! Laura is delightful.
Pro: It’s a short drive from many wonderful beaches. Lovely view of the mountain. Great coffee and homemade cake. Laura gave great ideas of where to go.

Simple yet charming
Pro: This is strictly accessible by car as I understand most of Sardinia to be. I stayed in one location the entire duration of my Sardinian holiday, which I would advise against, however I found the location to be accessible to both the far south and north of the eastern coast. I flew in and out of Cagliari which is about 1.5 hours from Sa Perda. The scenery around Sa Perda is picturesque. The facilities are simple but charming. The kitchen doubles as a common area and can be used at an additional charge (oven and stovetop). The breakfast prepared by Laura each morning was delightful. The stone fruits were all picked fresh from the property, I’ve never eaten such a sweet peach before. Each morning there was different home made cake/tart as well as bread, yoghurt and cheese. The air conditioning in the room was very effective thankfully as I was there during a heat wave. Laura is an excellent host and made me feel very comfortable.
Contro: The wifi is very shoddy but so too was my Vodafone IT so it was really a good opportunity to disconnect. The mattress was a tad too firm for me, the double bed is also two singles placed side by side.

Pro: Väga meeldis asukoht. Rahulik ja vaikne koht vaatega viinamarja-istandusele ja eemal paistvale mäele. Samas rendiautoga olid rannad mõnusalt ligidal ja Cardedu linnake, kus õhtuti restoranis söömas käia või toidupoes käia ja ise endale midagi köögis valmistada. Peale päikeseloojangut oli mõnus ka maja ees istuda ja nautida lõunamaised sumedaid õhtuid. Just selline puhkus, mis meile meeldis, eemal hotellidest, vahetu suhtlemine kohalikega. Laura oli väga sõbralik ja abivalmis ja tegi meie olemise meeldivaks.
